Rina is a tall, and very straight forwars person. Rina was the niece of the town mayor, and she wanted to be a police woman when she grew up. She also got a note from the mayor telling Asuka Jr to let her join him in the battle against Saint Tail. She also wanted to catch the notorious thief. In episode 9, she confessed that she liked Asuka Jr.
